Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing engineering plans and procedures, designing and executing engineering tasks using automated scripts, and conducting performance tests. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying defects, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams, and developing automation strategies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, strong technical proficiency in methodologies, failure analysis, automation tools, and programming, along with proven project management and problem-solving skills.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of methodologies and failure analysis.
  • Experience with Engineering plans and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in equipment, debugging, and programming languages.
  • Knowledge of signal and power integrity and industry standards.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Proven project management skills, including vendor management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot engineering issues and implement effective solutions.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of methodologies, failure analysis, experience with Engineering plans, automation tools, equipment, debugging, programming languages, signal and power integrity, industry standards, and reading schematics.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive tool lifecycle planning.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Engineering issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement effective solutions.
