Job Description
As a Product Business Analyst at Fanatee, you'll leverage data insights to optimize game performance and scale growth. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and BI teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies for improving games. Responsibilities include analyzing user LTV, optimizing top-of-funnel acquisition, organizing growth roadmaps, formulating product strategy, and presenting measurable objectives. You'll also contribute to business cases based on data analysis, improve data processes, and enhance monitoring capabilities. Experience with large datasets, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools is essential. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Details
We are looking for a talented people to work with data insights to help us scale and extract the best performance from Fanatee’s games. In this role, you will interact and work across multi-disciplinary teams: engineering, product and Business Intelligence as well as focus on opportunities and providing direction to grow and improve our games. You’ll translate analyses into strategy and features, and follow game development from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you should be an analytical and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-You will be primarily responsible for identifying and executing relevant analyses that may lead to opportunities in user LTV or increasing top-of-funnel acquisition.
-Organizing growth roadmaps and delivering results while managing the data and developer teams’ pipelines and time availability.
-Ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives.
-Provide valuable input into business cases based on data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
-Proactively design and implement process improvements
-Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure data quality;
-Optimize the performance of data models;
-Research and develop new methods, tools, and technologies;
-Knowledge of dashboarding software such as Tableau, AWS Quicksight or Microsoft PowerBI is required.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in analyzing large datasets
-Develop SQL queries to extract/organize data from different sources (Oracle, Data Warehouse, Hadoop, cloud applications) and make it available for data analysts.
-Ability to code in Python is preferred
-Experience with some or all of the following: machine learning, statistics, experimental design, data mining, predictive modeling, deep learning is a plus;
-Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities;
-Comfortable manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources;
-Strong written and oral communication skills;
-3 years experience in management, consulting, financial or tech company
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Have the ability to draw data-driven business insights.
-Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering or Computer Science.
-Advanced English;
Experience working on global companies or global products is a plus.
