Team-Facing Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategy and roadmap for your assigned regulatory regime.
- Create and manage features and user stories, validating requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog with a clear focus on business value and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with development teams during refinement sessions and sprints, ensuring alignment and support.
- Approve feature acceptance and oversee related documentation.
- Provider oversight of third-party platforms where applicable including responsibility for the integration with SCD
- Maximise delivery impact within allocated team capacity by managing trade-offs and dependencies.
Cross-Team and Product Area Responsibilities
- Contribute SME input to wider regulatory initiatives, including integrations and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment across delivery and go-to-market efforts.
- Collaborate across product lines to manage dependencies or shared services that impact your reporting solution.
- Lead or support internal demos, workshops, and feedback sessions with relevant stakeholders.
External-Facing Responsibilities
- Define and refine regulatory scope in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance and feasibility.
- Manage client expectations, including estimates, prioritisation, and delivery planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned reporting solution.
- Stay up to date with changes in the regulatory landscape and evolving third-party platform capabilities.
- Engage directly with clients to support onboarding, validate use cases, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to position the solution in line with commercial objectives.
- Support external engagements such as client demos, webinars, and industry events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in a specific regulatory framework such as MiFIR or Solvency II, with a proactive interest in regulatory developments.
- Experience working with or overseeing third-party regulatory platforms.
- Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and related data integration flows is a strong advantage.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to managing priorities across concurrent initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance compliance, client needs, and delivery efficiency.
- Confidence in making informed trade-offs to deliver the greatest client and business value.
