Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Product Owner, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in designing and deploying IT solutions to optimize supply chain process performance, flow management, and coordination between various systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS). You will analyze business needs, design omnichannel solutions, and integrate them into the IT ecosystem. You will lead projects, coordinating all stakeholders (business teams, IT, publishers, integrators) and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality.
Must Have

- Facilitating workshops and gathering user needs
- Writing specifications (functional and technical) considering business needs
- Forecasting resources (human, financial, technical)
- Assisting project ownership and E2E project management (planning, budgets, reporting)

- Supporting change management (documentation, deliverables, training)
- Identifying commercial information
- Strong interest in Supply Chain and information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, SI integration)
- Ability to be comfortable in an international environment with remote collaboration
- Client-oriented approach (understanding needs, quality deliverables, detecting commercial opportunities)

Job Description
As a Supply Chain Product Owner, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in designing and deploying IT solutions aimed at optimizing supply chain process performance, flow management, and coordination between various systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS).
You will be involved in analyzing business needs, designing omnichannel solutions, and integrating them into the IT ecosystem. You will lead projects by coordinating all stakeholders (business teams, IT, publishers, integrators) and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and delivered quality.
Your main missions
- Selection and deployment of IT solutions
- Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
- Facilitation of workshops and collection of user needs
- Writing of specifications (functional and technical) taking into account business needs
- Forecasting of resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
- Assistance to project ownership and E2E project management (planning, budgets, reporting…)
- Coordination of project teams
- Change management support (writing documentation and deliverables, leading training sessions…)
- Identification of commercial information
Qualifications
Graduated from an engineering, business, or university school, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation, you also have:
- A strong interest in Supply Chain and information systems issues: the terms ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, SI integration are familiar to you.
- An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with good remote collaboration skills.
- A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
- Fluent English.
