We are hiring German or French speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team of tech enthusiasts assisting customers to get the best out of their Autodesk products.

The workplace type for this role is hybrid, presence in the office is required based on our needs.
Reporting to a Technical Support Manager, you will be part of a team of technical support specialists. Your will resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk via phone, web, online forums, and other channels, and documenting your findings for our Knowledge Base. When needed, you will support our product development teams with information required for product improvement.
To best meet the customer needs you will use your excellent German skills but also English or other languages that you are familiar with.
