Job Description
The Production Management Office Studio Supporter at KRAFTON facilitates communication between KRAFTON HQ and global production studios, ensuring alignment with the company's vision. This role involves providing independent opinions on new projects, coordinating viewpoints between the HQ and development studios, and supporting decision-making at the studio and within KRAFTON. The Supporter understands the studio's production direction and coordinates with relevant departments within the HQ.
Must have:
- Minimum 10 years of game development experience in PD, CD, TD, or PM roles.
- Understanding of the overall game industry lifecycle.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
Good to have:
- Experience in launching mobile games.
- Excellent communication skills.

S2는 스튜디오 서포터(Studio Supporter)의 약자이고, 제작 경험을 토대로 크래프톤 HQ와 스튜디오간 의견을 조율하고 조정하는 역할을 수행합니다.
HQ와 스튜디오가 나아가고자 하는 방향성에 기반해 필요와 상황에 맞게 지원하고, 또 독립적인 의견 제시함으로써 스튜디오와 프로젝트의 방향을 제시하기도 합니다.

우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.
- 스튜디오/프로젝트와 관련된 독립적 의견 제시
- 게임 전문가로서 신규 프로젝트에 대한 독립적인 의견을 경영진에 직접 제시
- HQ-개발 스튜디오 간 의견 조율
- 스튜디오의 제작 방향성을 이해하고 HQ의 각 유관 부서와의 의견 조율
- 실무 레벨에서 파악하여 Champion의 의사결정 지원
- 스튜디오와 크래프톤 내 각 본부에서 진행되는 일을 파악하여 Champion의 의사결정 지원

- PD, CD, TD, PM 경력을 포함한 게임 개발 경력 최소 10년 이상
- 전반적인 게임 산업 lifecycle에 대한 이해
- 해외 여행 결격 사유가 없는 분
