This role is for a Deep Learning Engineer in the AI Research Division, focusing on developing AI solutions for various problems, including enhancing game production efficiency and creating CPC/LLM agents for user interaction. The team works on projects like PUBG anti-cheat and MMR renewal, fostering a creative and open communication environment.
Must Have
- Utilize tabular ML and time series deep learning models.
- Detect hack users using VLM.
- Improve MMR system with statistical (ELO) methodologies.
- Utilize multi-input, multi-output deep learning models.
- Graduates in CS/ML/AI or equivalent.
- Proficient in PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Experience improving deep learning/ML model performance.
- Proficient in data analysis using SQL/Spark/Pandas.
Good to Have
- Extensive experience with tabular data.
- Proficient in cloud-based data analysis platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, etc.).
- Rich background in statistics.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement the latest deep learning papers.
- Author of ML/AI journal/conference papers (top-tier conference experience like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR preferred).
- Award-winning experience in domestic/international AI competitions (Kaggle, etc.).
- Experience in deep learning model serving and MLOps pipeline development.

[AI Research Division Vision]
KRAFTON AI Research Division collaborates with various internal and external fields to provide AI solutions for diverse problems, and develops our own services through independent deep learning technology research. The direction is largely twofold:
- Increase game production efficiency and universality through the development of deep learning technology that can help game production.
- Develop CPC/LLM Agents that can play games with users.

The AI Research Division is currently working on various projects necessary for the above vision.
- PUBG anti-cheat project
- PUBG VLM anti-cheat project
- MMR renewal project
- Real-time win probability prediction project

Members of the AI Research Division can interact and collaborate with team members from various fields through diverse projects, and propose creative ideas for various problems. An atmosphere that encourages free expression of opinions regardless of age or position is fostered.
Teams are formed by individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and methods to resolve language barriers such as interpretation and translation are actively supported for active communication.
Introducing the mission you'll undertake with our team
Those who newly join the team will lead the following modeling-centric research/development:
- Utilize tabular machine learning models and time series deep learning models.
- Detect hack users using VLM.
- Improve the MMR system using statistical (ELO) methodologies.
- Utilize deep learning models with multi-input, multi-output structures.
We want to grow with someone who has this experience! (Required qualifications)
- Graduates with a major in Computer Science/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence or equivalent capabilities.
- Proficient in using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Experience in significantly improving the performance of deep learning/ML models.
- Proficient in data analysis using SQL/Spark/Pandas.
