Production Supervisor SMT

The SMT Production Supervisor is fully responsible for SMT order execution, delivery, and production personnel management, ensuring a balance between production capacity and quality requirements. Key duties include controlling WIP and finished goods inventory levels, managing defective and stagnant stock, and finalizing work orders. The role also involves implementing 7S workplace management, fostering a positive production culture, and training new staff. Candidates must have 5+ years of supervisor experience or 3+ years as a production manager in large-scale electronics manufacturing, be proficient in SMT equipment, production processes, Excel, SAP, and lean production, and be able to use Chinese as a working language.

Job Description

1. Fully responsible for SMT order execution and delivery, production personnel management, maintaining a balance between production capacity and quality requirements.

2. Responsible for controlling WIP and finished goods inventory levels, promoting the handling of defective and stagnant inventory, reducing overall inventory levels, and closing work orders.

3. Promote the implementation of the 7S on-site management system in the SMT workshop, build the production department culture, and train new employees.

Job Requirements

1. Over 5 years of experience as a production supervisor or over 3 years of experience as a production manager, with relevant industry experience in large-scale electronic production management.

2. Familiar with SMT equipment, production processes, proficient in office software such as Excel and SAP, and deeply understand lean production processes and production management knowledge.

3. Strong pressure resistance, team cohesion, and innovation awareness.

4. Chinese can be used as a working language, able to adapt to the needs of international communication.
