Lockheed Martin is seeking a Summer 2026 Program Management Intern to support Program Managers with schedule tracking, milestone updates, and action item follow-up. The intern will assist in preparing presentations and reports, coordinate cross-functional activities, participate in team meetings, and help with proposal preparation. Must Have
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business, Finance, Systems, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
- Must be a US Citizen

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 Program Management Intern.
In this role, you will:
• Support Program Managers with schedule tracking, milestone updates, and action item follow up
• Assist in preparing presentations, status reports, and program briefings for leadership and customers
• Help coordinate cross-functional activities for engineering, supply chain, contracts, and finance
• Participate in team meetings and take clear notes, capturing decisions and next steps
• Assist with proposal preparation tasks as needed
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams.
Must be a US Citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline of Business, Finance, Systems, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
