About your role

We seek a Program Manager to join our team. 

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and managing streams: consolidate development timelines from streams, and maintain the roadmap to ensure it stays current.
• Suggesting stream improvements to speed up delivery and increase quality: propose and integrate process and pipeline changes into streams, ensuring their consistency within the streams.

•  Ensuring transparency for streams:

  -Teams should clearly understand what is expected from them, within what timeframe, and at what quality level by the client

-Stakeholders should be able to know at any given time at what stage of the lifecycle a feature/stream is

-Stakeholder management

• Ensuring risk management.
• Ensuring people management:

• Regularly provide feedback to Tech Leads of streams, conduct 1-on-1 meetings
• Participate in the Performance/Salary Review/Bonuses process
• Initiate changes in the Tech Leads team composition (hiring and roles)

We hope that you have

• A technical background
• At least 1 year of experience as a manager/tech lead
• Experience in organizing and implementing processes that ensure transparency in development and adherence to deadlines
• An understanding of how to convey values, set up inter-team communication, and the ability to work at the program level (group of projects)
• The ability to apply a data-driven approach to analysis and decision-making, and effectively use data to optimize processes and achieve goals
