Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects within the broadcast industry, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. This involves crafting detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and managing client expectations.

Must Have

• Craft detailed project plans, outlining stages, tasks, and timelines
• Coordinate and lead teams across various departments to achieve project objectives
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients
• Track progress, identify potential issues early, and keep projects on schedule
• Anticipate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure timely delivery and manage client expectations to maintain satisfaction
• +3 years of experience in demanding and fast-paced projects
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in technical English (C1 level or higher)
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to new technologies and autonomy in problem-solving
• Understanding of business ethics and organisational practices
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

What You’ll Do:

You'll be at the forefront of leading and managing complex projects within the broadcast industry, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• +3 years of experience in demanding and fast-paced projects with a focus on roles in an agile environment (preferred);
• Professional certification in project management (such as PMO or equivalent) will be considered a strong plus;
• Knowledge of the broadcast market and related technologies would be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in technical English (C1 level or higher);
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail;
