We’re hiring a Project Manager, DFR to support our Drone as First Responder (DFR) program. Following Flock’s recent acquisition of Aerodrome, a leader in public safety drone technology, we are entering a rapid growth phase and expect a robust pipeline of projects in 2025.
This role exists to solve the challenge of scaling complex DFR deployments—integrating hardware, software, and services—while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency. You’ll serve as the cross-functional hub that connects engineering, deployment, vendors, and public safety customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to Flock’s high standards. Ultimately, your work will help accelerate adoption of innovative drone technology that makes communities safer.

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $120,000 - $140,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Flock does not offer bonuses. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, and market indicators. Your recruiter will review the full compensation package with you during your first chat.
