All projects are solved through interdisciplinary collaboration and open dialogue.

The culture in the department is welcoming and completely informal. We prioritize good collegial relationships both professionally and socially within the department and across Rambøll. The leadership philosophy follows Rambøll's values and can best be described as "freedom with responsibility." • Tender writing.

Through your interests and abilities, you will be able to shape your future work and development areas, as our projects are many and very diverse.

Your starting point for constant development

From your first day at Rambøll, we support your personal and professional development. We expect your starting point to be:

  • Technical background as an engineer or similar and have project management experience or a desire to take the next step in your career as a project manager.
  • Knowledge of road regulations and experience with planning, design, and/or construction of infrastructure projects.
  • You are passionate about providing professionally competent and professional advice, where you put our clients first.
  • You take pride in delivering the best results across disciplines.
  • You have good communication skills and understand how to translate technical knowledge and results into easily understandable language – both written and spoken.
  • If you speak German, it will be an advantage, but not a requirement.

To succeed in the job, it is also important that you pay attention to details and can work both independently and with others.
