As a Customer Success Consultant at PeopleXact, you will be the link between the company and its customers, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they maximize the value of HR solutions. You will help clients leverage data insights for well-being and engagement, provide technical support, and build lasting relationships, contributing to their success and identifying opportunities for further value creation.

  • Ability to explain complex system functions simply and pedagogically.
  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English.

Your role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you are the link between PeopleXact and our customers. You become their close sparring partner, help them get started with our platform, and ensure they achieve tangible results. You will also play an important role in developing our relationships with customers and giving them the best experience.

Your primary tasks:

  • Handle onboarding processes and ensure that new customers get started well with the platform
  • Help customers utilize data insights to promote well-being and engagement
  • Provide technical support and be an expert in PeopleXact platform functions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by meeting customers and fulfilling their expectations
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that create value for customers

The job is for you if you:

  • Have experience working with customers and can adapt your communication to different customer types
  • Have an understanding of the customer's needs, expectations, and situation – and can plan efforts accordingly
  • Are structured, proactive, and good at creating an overview
  • Have insight into HR processes and are interested in well-being and employee development
  • Can explain complex system functions in a simple and pedagogical way that creates security and trust with customers
  • Are proficient in Danish and English at a professional level and are clear and precise in your communication
