We are seeking a talented individual for Proof of Insurance Supervisor to join our team at Marsh. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators and supporting strategic growth and change of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to drive process improvements to support clients and internal stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Ensure all certificate issuance processes comply with industry regulations, company policies, and client preferences, maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
  • Stay informed on relevant insurance and compliance standards to mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely issuance of certificates, ensuring quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with business and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure team members adhere to professional standards, operational policies, and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to foster a motivated and engaged team.
  • Manage resource planning to maintain adequate staffing levels and monitor daily workflows and team productivity.
  • Oversee escalations and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, and continuously evaluate workflows to enhance efficiency while maintaining high standards.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance operations in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and industry regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency MS Office
