Must Have

  • Attending inspections and hosting open homes

  • Supporting the team with general administration and office tasks
  • Providing high-quality customer service to tenants and landlords
  • Ensuring documentation and records are completed accurately
  • Previous experience in real estate
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented manner
  • Availability to work Saturdays

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to support the property management team through leasing activities, administration duties and customer service across a growing rental portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending inspections and hosting open homes
  • Coordinating leasing enquiries, applications and agreements
  • Supporting the team with general administration and office tasks
  • Providing high-quality customer service to tenants and landlords
  • Ensuring documentation and records are completed accurately

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented manner
  • Availability to work Saturdays, with a rostered day off during the week
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career
