PS Technical Consultant I

NCR Atleos is seeking a PS Technical Consultant I to support testing, SIT, and UAT of solidcore and HDE solutions. This role involves analyzing ATM security solutions, tracking issues using JIRA, and coordinating with Level 3 software support for issue resolution. The consultant will also engage with customers for production issues and resolve technical problems related to EJ, solidcore, and HDE solutions, collaborating with various internal NCR teams.

Must Have

• Support testing, SIT, UAT of solidcore and HDE solutions.
• Support analysis of ATM security solutions.
• Track issues through JIRA tool and have experience in using JIRA tool.
• Raise ATM software issues with Level 3 software software support team, coordinate, test and bring the fixes for the issues raised.
• Go customer facing for the meetings of the issues or queries being raised from the production machines.
• Work and resolve Technical issues raised by FMS services helpdesk provided to customers for EJ, solidcore and HDE solutions.
• Coordinate with various teams in the NCR for resolution of ATM production issues.
