2. Love for the company and its products, familiarity with the operational characteristics of active user communities such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Weibo, understanding of company product user psychology; experience with new media cases for relevant products is preferred.
3. Possess good logical thinking and copywriting skills, curiosity, self-drive, daring to think and act, and commitment to mission accomplishment.
