Publishing Lead (Unannounced Project)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Publishing Lead to support the successful launch and growth of an unannounced mobile shooter title. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in mobile game publishing and understands the full publishing cycle from Soft Launch to global release.

This role requires someone who can craft and execute a publishing strategy tailored to the game’s unique value proposition, working closely with development to refine its positioning for key markets. Understanding the target audience will be critical in shaping acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts. The Publishing Lead will work alongside development to highlight the game’s core features and differentiators, whether it's innovative mechanics, session-based multiplayer design, or deep progression systems.

What will you do?

• Create and execute the publishing strategy from Soft Launch to global release, using key performance data to adjust the strategy
• Collaborate with the development team to align publishing goals with game design and audience preferences
• Balance monetization, retention, and user growth, optimizing for long-term engagement.
• Work closely with marketing and other teams, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a relevant publishing role.
• Proven experience in mobile game publishing, including Soft Launch and global release.
• Understanding of the mobile shooters market and its ongoing trends
• Strong leadership in strategic planning and decision-making
• Familiarity with key publishing KPIs (ARPU, DAU, retention, LTV, etc.) and how to use them for optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience launching action-based mobile games.

• Knowledge of regional differences in player behavior and monetization.

• Background in live-ops and long-term engagement strategies

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 7000 monthly gross.
