At PulluP Entertainment - Focus Entertainment Publishing, our goal is to offer unique experiences to players worldwide.
Our editorial line stands out with innovative concepts, alternative gameplays, and original universes that transcend video game boundaries.
With over 20 years of experience and success, we dedicate our passion and creativity to games and unforgettable stories, for everyone's enjoyment.
To support our growth, we are currently looking for a trainee lawyer specializing in personal data protection for a 6-month internship, with a possible start date at the end of November 2025.
You will join the Group's legal team and actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliance. Supervised by the referent data protection lawyer, you will contribute to varied missions combining law, compliance, and operational support.
- Your main missions:
- Accompany business teams in their projects: analysis of data processing risks, drafting of legal recommendations, awareness of best practices, etc.
- Contribute to the monitoring of the Group's GDPR compliance: updating the processing register, reviewing contracts and DPAs, drafting internal policies and procedures, supporting impact assessments (DPIAs), and managing data subject rights requests.
- Perform first-level compliance checks with external partners (clients, service providers, suppliers), particularly on data protection clauses and security measures.
- Ensure legal and regulatory watch on personal data protection: monitoring GDPR news, analyzing CNIL decisions and recent case law, drafting summary notes and briefs.
- Provide support to the referent lawyer for any other mission related to compliance, data governance, or internal team projects (including those of the Group's studios).
What we expect from you
- You are preparing for the CRFPA, are a lawyer student, enrolled in the IEJ, or hold a Master 2 with a specialization in digital law and personal data protection.
- You have good knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations, as well as proficiency in French and fluent English.
- Curious and rigorous, you demonstrate autonomy, analytical skills, and strong writing ability. You know how to structure your ideas, prioritize, and work methodically.
- Your interpersonal skills and your ability to understand internal businesses allow you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- A sensitivity to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence topics is a plus.
- An appetite for the video game sector would be appreciated, without being essential.
What people say about you
- You are described as a precise, rigorous, and reliable person, capable of managing several subjects simultaneously without losing sight of strategic issues.
- Your writing ability, synthesis skills, and team spirit make you a trusted interlocutor.
- Proactive and organized, you know how to transform complex legal challenges into clear and operational solutions.
- Finally, your intellectual curiosity and your taste for innovation make you a forward-looking lawyer — a true partner serving the business.
