Job Summary

QA Analysts are responsible for autonomously testing products, reviewing specifications, and collaborating on effective test strategies. They help prioritize fixes, estimate bug impact, and refine existing approaches. Teams are small and experienced, working with company partners, top designers, technologists, and leading clients.

Must Have

Analyze business requirements, design documentation, and technical specifications.
Assist in developing QA documents like QA Briefs, test sets, and test cases.
Perform functional, visual, smoke, regression, accessibility, and exploratory tests.
Consistently identify defects using recommended tools.
Review project documentation, raise questions, and provide useful feedback.
Help communicate priorities and detailed bug reproduction steps to stakeholders.
Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with clients.
Advanced/Fluent English.

Good to Have

Experience in testing highly interactive web and mobile applications, especially in an agency environment.
Contribute to evaluating websites and mobile apps against accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG).
Experience with task control tools (like JIRA).
Solid understanding of quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
Technical experience in defect triage, categorization, and prioritization.
Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing methodologies.
Knowledge of mobile operating systems and applications.

QA (Quality) Analysts at Work & Co are responsible for autonomously testing the products we develop. They review product specifications and collaborate on developing effective test strategies. They help the project team prioritize fixes, estimate bug impact, and refine existing approaches.

Teams at Work & Co are small and composed of highly experienced professionals. QA Analysts work alongside company partners, the best designers and technologists in the market, and with clients who are leaders in their segments.

Qualifications

What you will do in your daily life:

Analyze business requirements, design documentation, and technical specifications
Help develop QA documents, such as QA Briefs, test sets, and test cases that ensure full coverage of requirements
Perform functional, visual, smoke, regression, accessibility, and exploratory tests
Consistently identify defects across all development phases, using company-recommended tools to increase coverage and efficiency
Review project documentation, raise questions, and provide useful feedback based on project requirements and vision
Help communicate priorities and detailed bug reproduction steps to stakeholders
Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with clients
Advanced/Fluent English

In addition, knowledge is desirable:
