工作内容：

• 熟悉游乐设施的相关规范和标准，与监管机构密切合作，以达成对各种法律、法规和标准的清晰理解。
• 与上海迪士尼乐园内部的各团队紧密合作，开发并实施涵盖所有监管要求的合规方案。
• 参与实施本地的第二层级维护审计及支持与迪士尼乐园、体验和产品团队管理审计和全球安全保证第三层级审计。
• 支持本地安全事件相关的调查与改进措施。
• 支持监管机构对游乐设备的设计文件鉴定、型式试验、监督检验，定期检验、注册登记等工作。
• 协调和支持监管机构的游乐设施相关的日常监察，项目开发，标准起草等。
• 开发游乐设施相关的培训程序并对培训师和讲师进行培训。
• 可能需要前往国内外城市出差。

• 工程学士学位（机械或电气专业者优先）
• 工程专业研究生优先
• 有质量工程或检验检测相关证书者优先
• 硕士毕业至少拥有4年工程或维修方面的经验，学士毕业至少拥有6年相关经验；拥有质量工程师经验者优先；拥有大型游乐项目相关工作经验者优先。
• 质量保证方面的知识，如质量管理体系，供应商审查，检验技术和无损检测等。
• 拥有与监管机构工作经验者优先。
• 精通计算机软件，包括Word，Excel，PowerPoint等。
• 能够与相关业务部门合作伙伴，以及第三方和监管机构进行有效沟通。
• 良好的中英文口语和书面沟通能力。
• 良好技术文档理解能力，如工程图纸、手册、报告和流程图等。
• 具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通技巧。
• 拥有工程判断及解决问题能力的逻辑和分析型思考者。
• 具有主观能动性，能够跟踪管理事项至其完成。

Job Summary:

In this role the Quality Engineer, will be responsible for understanding the regulations and standard for amusement rides ,work closely with the internal and external teams of Shanghai Disneyland to support the development and execution of regulatory compliance plans to support attraction delivery, as well as both pre-opening and post-opening operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Know ride related requirements based on regulations and standards. Work closely with the supervision bureaus to gain clarity and agree upon interpretations of the various laws, codes and standards.
• Work closely with and leverage various internal Shanghai Disneyland teams throughout the development and implementation of the program to develop and implement a regulatory compliance matrix which outlines all of the regulatory requirement.
• Participate the local Tier-II Maintenance Audits, and support DPEP Global Management and WSA Tier-III Audits.
• Support the local safety incidents related investigation and improvement actions.
• Support supervision bureaus on ride design review, type test, acceptance test, annual inspection, ride registration and etc.
• Coordinate and support supervision bureaus t ride supervision inspection, project development, standard drafting and etc.
• Support training program development and executions on ride and support trainings to trainers and facilitators.
• Domestic and international travel as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline is required (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred).
• Post Graduate degree in engineering discipline is preferred.
• Quality Engineering or Inspection Certificate preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an Engineering and/or Maintenance with Master Degree or 6 years with Bachelor Degree. Experience as a Quality Engineer preferred; Experience with large amusement rides also preferred.
• Knowledge of quality assurance concepts such as quality management system, supplier qualification, inspection techniques and non-destructive testing.
• Experience working directly with supervision bureaus is preferred.
• Computer and Internet proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to influence related LOB partners, as well as third parties and supervision bureaus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese).
• Good understanding on technical documentation (include the drawing, manual, reports, flowchart etc.)
• Team Player with excellent relationship skills.
• Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to apply engineering judgment to problem solving.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage issues through to completion.
