His/her job is to handle the cost efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the product process. The Lead Person will provide overall direction and guidance to operational activities with the objective of maximizing operational efficiencies and profitability.Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the development and training of quality inspectors.* Monitor employee productivity and adjust as needed.* Provide input to the Quality Manager regarding process improvements for greater efficiency and productivity.* Inspection of the daily use of measuring instruments, tooling, and maintenance.* Provide direct support to product management and engineering related to customer issues or returns.* Liaison between Greenworks teams (Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product, Sales) to lead continuous quality improvement* Involved in quality control of incoming material, in process production and outgoing finished goods. Compiling data for daily reports and using information to develop Root Cause analysis for nonconformities.* Perform other duties as required.Required Education and Experience: * 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
