Quality Intern - Corrective Actions and Product Recalls M/F

As a Quality intern, you will play a key role in supporting the corrective actions and product recall team, which is part of a dynamic and expanding European department.

Your function:

• Participate in the preparation and distribution of product safety notifications for customers and partners.
• Record customer responses and follow up on customer notifications to ensure the customer has acknowledged the letter.
• Support communication with customers and manage other administrative tasks.
• Gain valuable experience in the operational processes of a Quality Department within a leading healthcare organization.

You are the right person for us if:

• You are recently graduated or currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• You are passionate about quality, proactive, flexible, and motivated to learn. Teamwork is second nature to you.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You have solid skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
