Job Description

We are seeking a React UI Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the Ascendon Invision Application. This role involves collaborating with Ascendon API teams to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and staying updated with emerging technologies to continuously improve the software development lifecycle.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies
  • Knowledge of UI software architecture, design, and testing
Must Have:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain the Ascendon Invision Application
  • Collaborate with the Ascendon API teams to create efficient and reliable software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a professional software developer building enterprise level web applications
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and interpret data results
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior developers
  • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a professional software developer building enterprise level web applications using React, Angular, Next, Vue
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and interpret data results
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently
