Job Summary

ORALIA is seeking a Real Estate Advisor in Tarare to report to the Transaction Manager. The role involves advising and supporting clients through their real estate projects, from understanding needs to final signature. Key responsibilities include prospecting to develop the sector, estimating properties, commercializing listings through various channels, and managing contracts. The advisor will also be responsible for reporting activity and ensuring a positive client experience while aiming to maximize transactions and achieve remunerative turnover.

Must Have

  • Advise and support clients throughout their real estate project
  • Secure and coordinate the client journey up to final signature
  • Provide legal and fiscal support
  • Prospect to develop the sector
  • Qualify prospects and define prospecting methods
  • Estimate properties, propose and draft mandates
  • Draft valuation notices and present commercial offers
  • Commercialize properties (advertisements, visits, complete file)
  • Manage contracts and buyer files
  • Conclude commercialization, draft sales agreements, negotiate offers
  • Report activity to superiors
  • Hold a BAC/BAC+2 or equivalent (e.g., BTS Real Estate Professions, Negotiation and Customer Relations)

Job Description

ORALIA is looking for a Real Estate Advisor for its agency in Tarare. You will report directly to the Transaction Manager.

Join us by:

  • Advising and supporting clients => understanding and following the client's project (seller and buyer), securing and coordinating the client journey (until final signature: presence at signings, collection of fees) and providing legal and fiscal support.
  • Prospecting to develop your sector => qualifying prospects upstream and defining the prospecting method, promoting services, implementing prospecting actions in the diffuse market, co-opting portfolios.
  • Estimating properties => pre-visiting and visiting properties, proposing mandates (exclusive, duo), taking and drafting the mandate, drafting valuation notices, presenting the commercial offer.
  • Commercializing => drafting advertisements (photo report, window posters), conducting visits (virtual or physical), compiling the complete file (DPE, etc.), managing contracts (incoming and buyer files), concluding the commercialization, drafting the sales agreement, receiving and negotiating an offer.
  • Ensuring reporting of your activity to your hierarchical superior.

Your objective? To achieve the maximum number of transactions by developing a remunerative turnover while guaranteeing a positive "client experience".
