Position Summary:

First point of contact for the company to visitors and provides administrative support across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them in a professional manner
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries
• Complete reports in excel and other software
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry etc.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Position Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

No experience required, but 1+ years of experience in an administrative or front office role preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Extensive phone usage

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
