Job Description

The Orchard is seeking a Relationship Support professional to coordinate and manage tasks for artist and distributed label campaigns across diverse genres. This role involves vital support, overseeing service evaluation, tracking campaigns and budgets, collecting key materials, and assisting with day-to-day responsibilities across two small teams. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally between internal departments and diverse systems, efficiently handling multiple tasks.
Good To Have:

  • Monitor campaign progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Track campaign budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.

  • Ensure critical new release information is shared to appropriate teams.
  • Gather and organise key campaign assets and materials.
  • Track campaign performance across sales and other services.
  • Assist with gathering insights and conducting competitive analysis.
  • Assist in running reports for internal and external needs.
  • Provide assistance to the Solutions team with new label training.
  • Lead in driving clients’ adoption of The Orchard’s products and tools.
  • Help coordinate office visits and in-person meetings.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the music industry or a similar field.
  • Previous experience working collaboratively across various teams and departments.
  • Experience pulling reports and navigating through various systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle various operational tasks.

Relationship Support

The Orchard have an opportunity for someone to join the team in a Relationship Support position. You will play a key role in coordinating and managing tasks for artist and distributed label campaigns across a wide variety of genres (from classical, R&B to electronic music), offering vital support, and overseeing the evaluation of services.

Reporting into the Relationship Management Team Lead, this role involves tracking campaigns and budgets, collecting key materials and assisting with critical day-to-day responsibilities across two small teams. The ideal person will have a strong understanding of how to work cross-functionally between internal departments and within diverse systems. They are capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

What you'll do:

  • Campaign Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns, alongside the team Relationship Managers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Budget Management: Track campaign budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and aligned with the allocated budget.
  • Optimisation & Audits: Conduct campaign evaluations identifying areas for improvement, ensure services are being optimised, and processes across teams are working effectively.
  • Release Campaign Oversight: Work closely with the Relationship Managers in ensuring critical new releases information is shared to the appropriate teams and in the appropriate formats.
  • Campaign Asset Management: Gather and organise key assets and materials for a campaign, such as press materials, images, one-sheets and lyrics, ensuring everything is current and easily accessible for the teams.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Keep track of campaign performance across sales and other services deployed to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
  • Competitive Analysis: Assist with gathering insights and conducting competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Report Generation: Assist in running reports for internal and or external needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Label Onboarding: Provide assistance to the Solutions team with new label training, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Product Engagement: Lead in driving Clients’ adoption of The Orchard’s products and tools as well as driving adoption of new features contained therein.
  • Office Visits & Meetings: Help coordinate office visits and in-person meetings with internal teams and external partners, as necessary.

Who you are:

  • A minimum of 2 years in the music industry, or a similar field, is desired with previous experience working collaboratively across various teams and departments, pulling reports, and navigating through various systems. A background in music distribution is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle various operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis techniques and marketing strategies is preferred.
  • You are passionate about the music business and have a desire to build a career in the industry.
