The Reverse Logistics – Spare Part and Asset Data Manager will take a leading role in maintaining entitlement master data as a global single point of entry. This is an important input for all sub processes related to those data like RMA case handling and spare part calculation. The function has not only Reverse Logistics internal interfaces but also strong interaction to the Service Business Management team in the Customer Service area. Data maintenance in time, monitoring and analyses are the key tasks and responsibilities.
This is a fixed-term position until June 30, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Asset data management: new asset assignments, review of assigned assets
- Update assets based on standard contract renewal cycle
- Interact closely with the spare part managers to ensure that data are correct and support depot dimensioning in full scope
- Monitoring of assets interface between ERP and CRM
- Regular checks of assets in the system based on customer installed base information & validation of data
- Provide reports and analyses as requested ad-hoc and define reports to identify gaps
- Contact and interface for requests from SBX regarding new service contracts or renewals
- Calculate based on requests, technical and quality data the right quantity of material
- Define the geographical supporting site or depot for spare material
- Arrange and coordinate all necessary logistic transactions to move the material
- Perform scheduled Inventory counts based on the auditors specification
Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Management or similar faculty
- Background in a Business Administration role, ideally but not necessarily in the Telecommunications industry
- Commercial and administrative experience
- Experience with office applications on PC, focus on data management and reporting applications
- MS office suite
- ERP and CRM knowledge and experience will be a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Team player who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Cross functional/ cross site working experience and willingness
