Must Have
- Consulting experience from the IT Service Management industry
- Experience with ServiceNow, including configuring solutions
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, C# or similar
- Desire and curiosity to stay updated with technical knowledge in ServiceNow and AI
- Fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken

You will be part of a team that sells a combination of consulting services and software. We are experts in helping companies through the entire process around the ServiceNow platform, and we are dedicated to strengthening our teams with the best tools and skills to excel in today's AI-driven world. As a supplement to our AI-driven focus, we have started a global certification and training program with the goal that 100% of Devoteam employees will be trained in GenAI.
In Denmark, we work closely together throughout the entire implementation process, both in startup, development and configuration, and implementation of solutions, and we always follow the solution all the way 'home' to the customer.
We make a difference for customers in the public and private sectors
We help the largest and most exciting companies and public organizations with their ServiceNow implementations, where we advise on business value, implementation strategy in organizations, technical configuration and design of complex system integrations, change management with a constant focus on delivering value to our customers. For example, for a large pharmaceutical company, we have digitized their asset management in production, with great business value in terms of efficiency and compliance. Similarly, for a large public organization, we have designed and implemented a digital solution for onboarding new employees, where both employees and managers work together digitally in a modern and efficient way. Most recently, we delivered an AI solution for a large pharmaceutical company.
What will you specifically work with?
You will be an advisor on current projects and a sparring partner in connection with new potential projects within ServiceNow. This could, for example, focus on HR, ITOM, and/or IRM, just to name some of the implementations we are currently helping our customers with.
Your tasks
- Advising our customers on implementation strategy, based on best practices and out-of-the-box ServiceNow
- Part of smaller or larger implementation projects with other Devoteam consultants
- Development and configuration of solutions that support the customer's processes
- Facilitating meetings and workshops with customers
- Specifying processes based on customer interaction
- Designing processes based on specifications

We are looking for you who have
- Consulting experience from the IT Service Management industry
- Experience with ServiceNow, including experience with configuring solutions
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, C# or similar
- Desire and curiosity to stay updated with technical knowledge in ServiceNow and AI - We naturally offer you certifications and ongoing development
- Fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken
