The role focuses on serving Ho.Re.Ca clients within the fresh/very fresh departments, involving team collaboration, shelf stocking, department preparation to highlight products, and guiding customers in their choices.

Job Description

For the Silea (TV) store, we are looking for Sales Assistant figures in the fresh/very fresh departments. The resources will be responsible for serving Ho.Re.Ca customers (Hotel-Restaurant-Catering) within the assigned department, collaborating with their reference team.

The resources will be responsible for customer service within the fresh/very fresh departments.

Specifically, the resources will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Department Head in managing the reference area, operating with passion and professionalism, in order to increase sales and improve the economic results of the department.
• Restocking shelves and preparing the department to highlight products designed for our professional clientele.
• Guiding the customer in their choices and being able to respond to their requests.
