Job Summary

Expeditors is seeking an Agent for Distribution Services to coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role involves operating the SAP system, ensuring accurate inventory, maintaining warehouse safety and efficiency, and collaborating with transportation teams. Responsibilities also include conducting stock checks, preparing documentation, coordinating import/export activities, and assisting in continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field and at least 2 years of experience.

Must Have

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatching).
  • Operate SAP system daily.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions in SAP and support data entry/verification.
  • Monitor and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage, and housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with transportation teams for pick up and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and support inventory reconciliation.
  • Follow company standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Provide support during quarter-end periods, including extended hours.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal teams.
  • Assist in continuous improvement activities.
  • Prepare all related paperwork (delivery order, invoice, packing list, airway bills).
  • Contact shipping vendors and customers for cargo clearance.
  • Coordinate import/export activities and documentation, ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate shipping requests and contact trucking services.
  • Trace orders and notify customers of activity, update on picking quantity.
  • Keep updated all concerned parties regarding cargo movement, damage records, returned merchandise.
  • Answer phone calls to handle relevant requests and complaints.
  • Take up additional assignments as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Ability to work in Shift.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

2. Daily Operate SAP system.

3. Ensure accurate inventory transactions in SAP system and support SAP data entry and verification tasks.

4. Monitor and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage, and housekeeping to ensure safety and efficiency.

5. Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure pick up and on-time delivery and resolve pick up and delivery-related issues.

6. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and support inventory reconciliation.

7. Follow company standards for safety, quality, and compliance during all warehouse activities.

8. Provide support during quarter-end periods, including working extended hours or shifts when required.

9. Communicate effectively with external and internal teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.

10. Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance warehouse productivity and workflow efficiency.

11. To prepare all related paperwork and necessary information such as delivery order, invoice, packing list, airway bills required for customer work orders, check all orders for special requests and post inventory records.

12. To contact shipping vendors and customers for cargo clearance in a timely manner.

13. To coordinate import/export activities and required documentation and ensure compliance with Customs, BOI, Free Zone regulations

14. To coordinate shipping requests and contact trucking services, expediting any order as necessary.

15. To trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their order and update customers on the actual picking quantity.

16. To keep updated all concerned parties regarding cargo movement, damage records, returned merchandise and handle them in an efficient manner.

17. To answer phone calls to handle relevant requests and complaints.

18. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Preferably strong knowledge in SAP system, Inventory control or distribution operations.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to support team members during high-volume periods.
  • Good command of English.
  • Computer literacy and very proficient in MS Excel and typing.
  • Display ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good leadership, people management, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in Shift.
  • Work Location at Chonburi province.
