Job Summary
The Casino Barrière Royan is a multi-leisure complex. As Chef de Partie, you will work under the Head Chef in a team of about twelve people, managing your workstation, preparing specific dishes, creating recipes, and ensuring service quality. You will also oversee kitchen assistants and enforce hygiene and safety rules according to HACCP principles.

The Casino Barrière Royan is a multi-leisure complex with a room of 180 slot machines, an electronic games area, a table games lounge, its Café des Sports, and a restaurant Le Café Barrière with its outdoor terrace and its nightclub Xobam.
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, you will work in the kitchen as part of a team of about twelve people on Pontaillac beach.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE…
- Manage the setup of your workstation
- Perform specific preparations for your station
- Create recipes using your creativity
- Ensure service according to instructions and directives (cooking, preparation, decoration...)
- Monitor the regularity of the work of kitchen assistants
- Respect and enforce the hygiene and safety rules set by the Head Chef and Management in accordance with HACCP principles
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- Do you handle a knife perfectly and have a taste for things well done? Do you have a strong voice but remain calm in all circumstances?
- With a CAP/BEP Cuisine qualification, you have significant experience of at least 3 years in quality brasserie-style catering.
- Lively, fast, and autonomous, you have a sense of organization and good adaptability.
- You are concerned with cleanliness and hygiene and have the ability to work in a team.
- And to top it all off? You are passionate.
