Job Summary
Enpal aims to build Europe's largest renewable energy community by making solar energy simple through all-inclusive rental packages for solar systems, storage, and wallboxes, complemented by green electricity tariffs. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring customers, assessing technical feasibility, expanding the customer base, and converting offers into successful orders, thereby contributing to the company's mission of building the largest energy company of the 21st century.
Must Have
- Acquire customers and convince them of innovative solutions in the field.
- Record technical customer data to check solution feasibility.
- Continuously expand customer base by building your network.
- Generate successful orders from offers through strong sales skills.
- Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, ideally in field sales.
- Class B driver's license.
- Negotiation-level verbal and written German skills.

Our highly ambitious team around serial entrepreneur Mario Kohle is supported by experienced investors such as Alexander Samwer (Picus Capital) and Lukasz Gadowski (Team Europe, Delivery Hero). In addition, we were able to bring Princeville Climate Technology (advised and financed by Leonardo DiCaprio, among others) and Peter Rive (SolarCity) on board. For our field sales department, we are currently looking for ambitious sales talents who want to be part of our success story.
Job Description
- In field sales, you acquire customers and convince them of our innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- You can already demonstrate several years of experience in selling complex solutions, ideally in field sales.

- With a strong, proactive self-motivation, you are enthusiastic about your goals and deals.
- A Class B driver's license is among your qualifications.
