Job Summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an Associate Global Account Operations NCG for their Farmington Hills, MI office. This role involves being a business partner to the Global Account Manager, driving supply/demand relationships, and managing logistics programs. The successful candidate will collaborate on forecast validation, backlog alignment, and proactively engage with customers to prevent supply/demand gaps. Responsibilities also include resolving delivery escalations, handling worldwide product allocation, and representing Renesas in customer meetings.

Must Have

  • Business partner to Global Account Manager driving supply/demand relationship and logistics programs.
  • Close collaboration supporting GAM with continuous forecast validation and backlog alignment.
  • Global understanding of customer demands, processes, and supply chain needs.
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand global order fulfillment.
  • Responsible for finding solutions related to delivery escalations from Global accounts.
  • Liaises with internal departments (Sales, Planning and Logistics etc.).
  • Worldwide allocation handling for specific products and main interface with customer headquarters.
  • Representing Renesas at customer meetings, preparing and presenting regular data.
  • Degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar field.
  • New College Graduate or maximum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support.
  • Good team player with ability to work in teams and cross regions.
  • Proactive approach, consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Focus on building relationships and achieving quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work across different ERP systems, reports & procedures.
  • Good resilience to stress.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
  • Advanced command of English both spoken and written.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills along with other MS Office products.

  • Familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI.

Our Global Account Operations Team is looking for a talented graduate in business, marketing, finance, or similar field to join our team as a Global Account Operations (GAO) NCG in our Farmington Hills, MI office. The successful candidate will work directly with the Global Account Manager (GAM) and a multinational team of Customer Service Operators worldwide.

Job Description

  • Business partner to Global Account Manager (GAM) driving the supply/demand relationship, logistics programs.
  • Close collaboration supporting the GAM with continuous forecast validation, forecast and backlog alignment and review of demand changes.
  • Global understanding of customer demands, processes, and supply chain needs. Proactively engaging with the customer to understand their global order fulfillment to avoid supply/demand gaps and/or excess.
  • Responsible for finding solutions related to delivery escalations from Global accounts and liaises with internal departments (Sales, Planning and Logistics etc.).
  • Worldwide allocation handling for specific products and main interface with customer headquarters.
  • Representing Renesas at customer meetings, preparing and presenting regular data on supply / demand health and for potential executive level escalations/ meetings.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar field.
  • New College Graduate or maximum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or similar role.
  • Good team player with the ability to work in teams and cross regions with a proactive approach, consistently delivering high-quality customer service with focus on building relationships and achieving quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work across different ERP systems, reports & procedures in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
  • Advanced command of English both spoken and written. Demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to work independently and with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills along with other MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI is an an added advantage.
