As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, presenting innovative solutions, collecting technical data for feasibility checks, expanding your customer base through networking, and converting offers into successful orders. You will contribute significantly to the company's mission of building the largest energy company of the 21st century.

Must Have

  • Acquire customers and convince them of innovative solutions.

Our highly ambitious team around serial entrepreneur Mario Kohle is supported by experienced investors such as Alexander Samwer (Picus Capital) and Lukasz Gadowski (Team Europe, Delivery Hero). In addition, we were able to bring Princeville Climate Technology (advised and financed by Leonardo DiCaprio, among others) and Peter Rive (SolarCity) on board. Job Description

  • In field service, you will acquire customers and convince them of our innovative solutions.
  • You will record technical customer data to check the feasibility of the solution.
  • By expanding your network, you will continuously grow your customer base.
  • Your interest in demonstrating your skills in sales talks will lead you to generate successful orders from offers.
  • In regular feedback discussions with your manager, you will continuously optimize your performance.
  • With your contribution and the highly committed sales team, you will help build the largest energy company of the 21st century.

Qualifications

  • You can already demonstrate several years of experience in selling complex solutions, ideally in field service.
  • You are characterized by a sympathetic, open-minded, and communicative personality, as well as your loyalty as a team player.
  • Success- and solution-oriented thinking and a positive demeanor characterize your appearance.
  • You value personal development and good career opportunities.
  • With a strong, proactive self-motivation, you are enthusiastic about your goals and closures.
  • A Class B driver's license is among your qualifications.
  • Your verbal and written German language skills are at a negotiation level.
