Job Summary

The company is seeking a Sales Development Representative combined with Inside Sales to identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline, working closely with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met.
Must Have
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company both in LATAM and in North America.
- Contact and qualify potential customers.
- Follow up on leads generated by Marketing.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Use Sales Force to manage leads and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- 4-5 years of experience as SDR and sales manager.
- Proficiency in Sales Force.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Ability to do some Outbound work on obtaining new leads, using prospecting tools such as Linkedin sales Navigator, Lusha/ Zoominfo.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
Good to Have
- Portuguese language skills.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative combined with Inside Sales to join our team. As an SDR & Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
