Job Description

The Sales Dealer Auditor will conduct audits of the Dealer Network in Mexico (Nissan & Infiniti) and NIBU to evaluate compliance with Nissan Mexicana policies and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting onsite and remote audits, analyzing sales data, preparing audit reports, identifying risks, and communicating deficiencies. The role requires interacting with dealers and internal stakeholders. The auditor will need to ensure clarity and follow-up on preliminary issues. The candidate will have to use dashboards to analyze data, perform data cleaning, and assist in digital audit sample selection and alert identification. The ideal candidate should prepare and present audit findings and reports to Dealers, managers, and internal stakeholders. The auditor will also need to maintain internal documentation and manuals, generate monthly status reports, and respond to dealer inquiries regarding the audit process. The role involves 70% travel.

We are currently seeking a Sales Dealer Auditor to join to LATAM team in Nissan Motor Corporation, based at our Headquarters in Mexico City.

Perform audits to the Dealer Network in Mexico (Nissan & Infiniti) and NIBU, following applicable auditing standards, to evaluate the compliance level with Nissan Mexicana policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite and remote (desk) audits within the Dealer Network to ensure compliance with Nissan's sales reporting policies and incentive programs. 

  • Analyze inventory and sales data using Dashboards, perform data cleaning, and assist in digital audit sample selection and alert identification

  • Prepare and present audit findings and reports to Dealers, managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and follow-up on preliminary issues.

  • Identify risks and communicate key deficiencies to the Dealer Quality Assurance team, supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain internal documentation and manuals, generate monthly status reports, and respond to dealer inquiries regarding the audit process.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Internal Audit operational audits, preferable in areas such as Sales, Aftersales, TCS or in an international Accounting/Consultancy firm (Big4 preferred).

Nice to have:

  • Auto/Manufacturing Industry.

  • Knowledge of dealership sales operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Excel (must)

  • Nice to have: Tableau and Power Bi

  • Nice to have: Knowledge of COSO, Risk management.

Travel: 70% with dealers across Mexico 

Language: Intermediate English - sufficient to understand and participate in meetings.

Competencies:

  • High attention to detail and investigative mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels, including external partners.
