Join nexos.ai to contribute to the AI revolution by helping businesses deploy AI at scale. As a Sales Development Representative with a hunter mindset, you will own the top of the funnel. Your responsibilities include researching target accounts, executing smart outbound campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. You will collaborate with AE and marketing, leveraging modern tools, including AI, to prospect smarter and faster. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building new business from scratch.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in tech sales.
  • Hands-on use of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong interest in AI technologies.
  • Solid cold calling and LinkedIn outreach skills.
Must Have:
  • Generate and prospect leads by researching target accounts and finding new sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to start conversations.
  • Qualify leads by digging into their needs and confirming fit with our product.
  • Book discovery calls and meetings for qualified prospects with our Account Executives.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate activity logs, notes, and lead data.
  • Collaborate with account executives and marketing to align messaging and support campaigns.
  • Get deep with understanding target accounts: analyse annual reports, listen to podcasts, interviews with target personas etc.
  • Track your metrics, manage your pipeline, and contribute to overall pipeline growth.
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and other events to establish connections with prospects.
  • Fluency in English.
  • High level of coachability.
  • Hunter mindset with strong business and customer-centric thinking.

Salary range:

  • Gross salary range: 11506 - 14063 pl + performance based commission.
