Alconost is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales pipeline growth by setting demos with potential clients. This remote role requires a proactive communicator skilled in B2B sales, cold outreach (calling, emailing, LinkedIn), and personalized engagement with high-level targets. The SDR will research leads, qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and identify new commercial opportunities, contributing directly to global partnerships.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
  • Research and build lead lists
  • Qualify potential leads and identify decision-makers
  • Reach out to potential customers via outbound emails and calls
  • Visit conferences and events (travel required)
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and revenue sources
  • Arrange meetings with qualified prospects
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold/outbound sales outreach
  • Excellent Business English (verbal and written) for crafting outreach campaigns
  • Experience building prospect lists
  • Ability to quickly connect with prospects via phone and email and set demos
  • High efficiency and consistent high-volume output
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Europe

Our clients are businesses that create and sell software, mobile apps, and games — including companies like Google, Microsoft, TikTok and others.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fill our sales pipeline and set demos with potential clients through a variety of cold outreach channels.

This is a remote role for a proactive communicator who knows how to open doors and keep conversations going.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

You understand B2B sales and can adapt your pitch to different types of businesses.

You’re self-driven, know your way around different types of businesses, and can present information clearly and persuasively.

You’ve worked with CRM systems, built prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar, and you know how to do personalized outreach to high-level targets — whether it’s cold calling, cold emailing, or LinkedIn outreach.

You’re comfortable with tech, you know your way around CRMs and lead-building tools, and you enjoy the challenge of finding the right decision-maker.

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in cold/outbound sales outreach
  • Strong technical background — experience in startups or exposure to web, mobile, or software development is a big plus
  • Excellent Business English (verbal and written) for crafting outreach campaigns aimed at various businesses; native Portuguese or Spanish is a strong advantage
