Cyara is seeking a strategic, seasoned, and technically minded Sales Enablement Director to lead the development and execution of its global sales enablement strategy. This role is critical in equipping the sales organization with the technical knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively position and sell Cyara’s CX assurance solutions, bridging technical understanding with sales execution in complex enterprise technology sales environments.

  • Lead onboarding with focus on platform architecture, integrations, and use cases.
  • Define and train on core sales process/methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Develop coaching content for Sales Managers.
  • Partner with Product Management/Marketing for new release enablement.
  • 7+ years in sales enablement or technical enablement in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology solutions (CX, testing automation).
  • Experience with LMS and Content Management platforms.
  • Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

We are seeking a strategic, seasoned, and technically minded Sales Enablement Director to lead the development and execution of our global sales enablement strategy. This leader will play a critical role in equipping our sales organization with the technical knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Cyara’s solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of complex enterprise technology sales environments and is passionate about bridging technical understanding with sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales enablement program that accelerates time-to-productivity for new hires and drives ongoing performance across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop technical training and enablement materials that clearly articulate Cyara’s value proposition and solution differentiation.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new sales team members with a strong focus on Cyara’s platform architecture, integrations, and customer use cases.
  • Define, document, and train the sales team on our core sales process/methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) to accelerate deal velocity and improve deal qualification.
  • Develop programs and coaching content specifically designed to enable Sales Managers to inspect, coach, and reinforce core selling behaviors and technical acumen.
  • Create and deliver ongoing enablement initiatives, including certification programs, continuous learning initiatives, and Sales Kick Off aligned with sales objectives.
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate new releases and feature updates into actionable sales knowledge.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to measure the impact of enablement programs and continuously optimize for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of enablement tools, content management systems, and sales readiness platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, identifying enablement gaps and developing targeted solutions to improve deal velocity and win rates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to ensure the enablement strategy remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, or related functions within B2B enterprise SaaS software organizations.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology solutions, preferably in areas such as customer experience, testing automation, or communications technologies.
  • Experience in selecting, implementing, and administrating enablement technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management platforms.
  • Proven success building and scaling sales enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling content for sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire a global sales team.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Telco industry experience a plus but not required.

This range indicates OTE. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
