Job Description
Our compensated 12-week Internship Program is designed to give rising junior and senior undergraduate students a challenging, hands-on experience in the technology industry. Interns will join our collaborative, friendly work environment to participate on meaningful projects to support our business. Our goal is to foster the growth of highly motivated, talented individuals that would like to join us as repeat interns and/or ultimately regular full-time employees.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with ensuring that all e-learning, classroom, field, and other training materials are current; supports the collection of both eLearning and relevant training materials to ensure that key products, features, and sales tools are adequately represented to help sales be more successful.
- Assists with development of digital content for the sales organization including video production, eLearning & test creation, & digital assets.
- Supports the administration of internal resources, websites and the corporate learning management system (LMS).
- Optimizing sales content to accurately show products in SharePoint, Spekit and PowerPoint
ELIGIBILITY:
- Junior or Senior Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Positive, professional individual with a desire to learn
- Highly organized and a self-starter
- Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Microsoft Word.

Pay Transparency Statement:
US Base Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00
Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs.* The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression.
In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
