The specialist will coordinate customer requests, manage documentation, build templates, gather technical data, and ensure material consistency. Designed as a growth path, the role offers direct learning from experienced professionals, aiming to develop technical and business skills for future Solution Architect or Sales Engineering positions in Generative AI and automotive technology.
Good To Have:
  • Initial experience in sales support, project coordination, or technical administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM or documentation tools.
  • French language skills.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate and track complex customer requests across multiple teams.
  • Prepare and manage documentation (SOWs, CRs, approvals) and keep records updated in internal systems (e.g. POS, Confluence).
  • Build and maintain reusable proposals, quotes, and templates for standard use cases.
  • Gather and structure technical data (e.g. CPU/memory benchmarks, language and feature availability).
  • Drive follow-ups on approvals, status updates, and review cycles across teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to customer-facing material by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Provide operational support that keeps the Sales Engineering function efficient and scalable.
  • A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, a comparable qualification or a completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Curiosity for technology, especially Generative AI, with the motivation to develop into a technical role.
