The role ensures smooth HR operations, delivers high-quality support to employees and managers, and contributes to key HR projects and reporting, working closely with a collaborative HR team.

Must Have

  • Support the Orientation/Onboarding program for new hires.
  • Manage onboarding and exit survey reporting.
  • Troubleshoot time and attendance issues in Workday.
  • Maintain and clean up the HR intranet.
  • Track engagement budgets.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Support the LinkedIn Learning program.
  • Administer the recognition platform.
  • Manage reporting and follow-ups for compliance training.
  • Oversee reporting and follow-ups on learning programs.
  • Triage daily help desk tickets.
  • Conduct monthly HR audits.
  • Reconcile monthly purchase orders (POs).
  • Reconcile weekly recruiting reports.
  • Administer new hire and candidate satisfaction surveys.

About This Role

This HR Generalist position is a newly created role. We are excited to welcome new talent into our team and continue to grow and innovate within the HR space as our organization evolves.

The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR function across multiple domains, including business partnership, general HR support, talent and organizational development, shared services, and recruiting. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, delivering high-quality support to employees and managers, and contributing to key HR projects and reporting.

This role will report to the Director of Talent and Organizational Development and will work closely with a collaborative HR team composed of talent acquisition, compensation, T&OD, HRBPs, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will be an integral part of this team, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and supporting the seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partner Support

  • Support the Orientation/Onboarding program for new hires
  • Manage onboarding and exit survey reporting
  • Troubleshoot time and attendance issues in Workday

2. General HR Support

  • Maintain and clean up the HR intranet
  • Track engagement budgets
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

3. Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD)

  • Support the LinkedIn Learning program
  • Administer the recognition platform
  • Manage reporting and follow-ups for our new hire and annual compliance training program
  • Oversee reporting and follow-ups on our learning program

4. Shared Services

  • Triage daily help desk tickets
  • Conduct monthly HR audits
  • Reconcile monthly purchase orders (POs)

5. Recruiting

  • Reconcile weekly recruiting reports
  • Administer new hire and candidate satisfaction surveys

Compensation Structure

  • Includes salary, 5% bonus potential (performance dependent), and benefits. Target salary range is between 68,000-85,000 USD.
