How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing regional commercial representatives nationwide. This professional will coordinate regional operations and serve as the liaison with the São Paulo sales team to ensure strategic alignment in negotiations across the entire portfolio of advertising, media, brand experience, and Disney events, while also ensuring sales targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage sales representatives across different regions of Brazil, ensuring the execution of the commercial strategy and expansion of new business in regional markets.
  • Conduct weekly alignment meetings with representatives to maintain a continuous flow of information, product training, and updates, as well as participation in strategic meetings with clients and local agencies.
  • Uphold Disney’s commercial policy, prioritizing offers, packages, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, identify performance gaps, and propose action plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure representatives have the necessary support for negotiations and business closures.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and maximize revenue opportunities within Disney’s portfolio of products and experiences in Brazil.

  • Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs and defining sales strategies.
