The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of pitches, proposals, and RFPs to drive new business development. This role involves overseeing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, curating content, and supporting enterprise lead management. Key responsibilities include developing project timelines, managing RFP responses and pitch materials, collaborating with various departments, facilitating meetings, creating and managing content assets, and supporting inbound lead management through CRM platforms.

Job Details

The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Ansira’s new business development efforts by leading the end-to-end management of pitches, proposals, and RFPs. This individual will oversee timelines, organize cross-functional collaboration, curate compelling content, and support enterprise lead management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, serving as a central resource across departments and a key contributor to the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee detailed project timelines, pitch calendars, and cross-functional team deliverables to ensure seamless execution of new business opportunities.
  • Lead and support the development of RFP responses and new business pitch materials, ensuring alignment with client needs and brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (account service, strategic planning, digital, media, data and insights, creative, franchise co-op management, and production/fulfillment) to support pitch strategy and execution.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and manage key meetings to maintain momentum, ensure alignment, and meet critical submission deadlines.
  • Create, update, and manage content assets including case studies, pitch decks, and proposal templates to continuously elevate the quality of deliverables.
  • Support the intake, qualification, and progression of inbound enterprise leads using Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring efficient tracking and visibility across the pipeline
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Director, Growth Operations by supporting strategic initiatives and internal process improvements.

Background / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency environment with a focus on new business, marketing operations, or project management.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects under tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate diverse teams toward a common goal.
  • RFI/RFP/RFQ experience preferred.
  • Experience with Pardot/Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strategic and persuasive mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and adaptability; comfortable operating in both structured and evolving environments.
  • Natural problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
