Join Our Team as a Sales Support Superstar!

Are you ready to bring your energy, positivity, and multitasking talents to a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for a Sales Support Associate who loves helping others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is no ordinary office gig – you'll be the heartbeat of our team, making every day an adventure!

As our go-to Sales Support Associate, you'll tackle everything from data entry to answering calls and even some mailroom magic. You'll collaborate with a fantastic crew of team players to crush goals and create a welcoming vibe for both internal and external customers. If you love making others smile, keeping things organized, and rising to any challenge with a can-do attitude, this could be your dream role!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice answering our main phone line, connecting people to the right places and providing helpful info.
  • Help callers with company details like directions, website info, and more – you'll be a walking (or sitting) info desk!
  • Keep the communication flowing smoothly across departments.
  • Light up the room (or email) with your positive energy and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Master the art of multitasking in our fast-paced environment – you’ll be a pro at juggling tasks!
  • Make important decisions confidently when needed and always strive for continuous improvement.
  • Ace detailed data entry for orders and billings (accuracy is key!).
  • Pitch in wherever needed to support your awesome team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to work about 40 hours a week on-site.
  • A high school diploma.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A keen eye for detail, professionalism, and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • A sense of urgency when it counts and the ability to flag issues when necessary.
  • A fun, outgoing personality with a passion for getting things done!
