Job Summary

The Security Manager ensures the safety and wellbeing of employees, guests, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment. Responsibilities include investigating violations, accidents, and criminal activity, conducting regular patrols, cash counts, and crowd control. The role also involves assisting guests, training security officers in surveillance, reporting, and first aid, and being on-call for emergencies. The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable property.

Must Have

  • Ensure overall safety and security of guests, employees, and property premises
  • Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
  • Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
  • Train Security Officers in the operation of surveillance equipment, written reports, record keeping, patrol and first aid procedures
  • Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
  • Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise
  • Relevant security experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Good to Have

  • Preferably have 1-2 years experience in the same position
  • 5 Stars & Luxury brand experience will be beneficial
