Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking an exceptional Club Millesime Manager to lead a team in delivering five-star guest experiences. The role involves maintaining high Food and Beverage and Front Office service standards, ensuring efficient guest registration and departure, and expertly handling guest complaints. The manager will also be responsible for implementing training programs, embodying French hospitality, and upholding Sofitel brand standards to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Must Have

Job Description
Are you energised, detail-obsessed, and ready to bring five-star magic to every guest stay? We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Club Millesime Manager, a true leader who can inspire a team, elevate our service standards, and ensure every room shines brighter than the last.
- Maintain Food and Beverage service standards, and ensure efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service.
- Actively promote Sofitel practices and programs.
- Ensure that guest problems and complaints are handled in a professional courteous manner and ensure follow through by proper record keeping of the results in Trust You and internal guest feedback.
- Proactive adherence to the Food and Beverage and Front Office brand standards across the hotel including guest focus, Ambassador Appearance, department organisation, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the departments.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude.
- Perform tasks within a timely manner.
- Implement training programs for all employees, conduct induction and skills training.
- Carry out reception, Food and Beverage and Front Office communications and concierge duties as required.
- Implement the Accor values and Accor customer vision to ‘Feel Welcome, Feel Valued.
- Display host/hostess type qualities when taking ownership of the Hotel.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
- Assist the Outlets Manager with the training and development of all ambassadors while also maintaining a detailed training log.
- Follow up on all guest comments, requests and complaints while informing the Supervisor and Assistant Manager of all such matters.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services leadership (5-star luxury experience is a huge plus).
- A hands-on leader with a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, positive energy.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a love for structure, detail, and consistency.
- A proactive mindset, you see solutions long before problems appear.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
