PwC is seeking a Semi Sr. Data Analyst to develop and maintain operational reporting solutions for IT service management. The role involves building Power BI dashboards, performing data analysis in Excel using SQL extractions, and collaborating to integrate data from ServiceNow, Alteryx, and SQL. The analyst will also automate reporting processes with Power Automate, contributing to efficient IT operations and service delivery.

Must Have

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for incident tracking, survey analysis, inventory audits, and other operational metrics
  • Perform manual data analysis in Excel by extracting data directly from SQL to validate automated reports and uncover deeper insights
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate data from ServiceNow, Alteryx, and SQL into unified reporting solutions
  • Automate reporting and intake processes using Power Automate, including real-time notifications and task creation
  • Understand the importance of correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management

Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.

The analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining operational reporting solutions that support IT service management and performance monitoring. This role requires strong experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and ServiceNow, along with understanding of agile methodologies and data analysis practices.

Scope of the role:

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for incident tracking, survey analysis, inventory audits, and other operational metrics
  • Perform manual data analysis in Excel by extracting data directly from SQL to validate automated reports and uncover deeper insights
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate data from ServiceNow, Alteryx, and SQL into unified reporting solutions
  • Automate reporting and intake processes using Power Automate, including real-time notifications and task creation

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • 2 years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst with Power BI, Looker, Alteryx or Tableau
  • SQL experience for data extraction
  • Advanced MS Excell skills
  • Advanced English level

Nice to have skills

  • Power Automate
  • Experience with a Ticketing system (SNOW preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and A.I. tools
